Access to courses
To access course websites or some of the resources they offer, you may be required to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of using this site that all information you provide is correct, up-to-date and complete.
If GenZ Crowd AI believes that the information provided is not correct, up-to-date or complete, we have the right to refuse you access to these sites, or any of their services, and also to terminate or suspend your access at any time without prior notice.
Course access validity periods may vary and are explicitly defined on the course sales pages. With regard to lifetime access, if there is a problem with the course hosting that makes it impossible to access it indefinitely, GenZ Crowd AI undertakes to provide the course content in its entirety upon request, so that the customer can store it on their own computer permanently, but does not release the customer from complying with current copyright laws for the materials that make up the course.
If there are any changes to the way the course is accessed, or if the course is unavailable due to any restrictions on the hosting platform, the customer can contact us by e-mail (support@genzcrowdai.com), or by another communication channel provided by GenZ Crowd AI, to re-establish access by an alternative means.
Restrictions on use
You may use our websites for purposes expressly permitted by them. You may not use them for any other purpose, including commercial purposes, without the prior express written consent of L&M Team. For example, you may not (and may not authorize any third party to) (i) associate our company brand with any other, or (ii) frame our sites on another or (iii) hyperlink to our sites without the express, prior and written authorization of a representative of our company. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, “associating our company brand” means displaying our company name, logo, trademark or other means of attribution or identification in a source in a manner that gives the user the impression that such source has the right to display, publish or distribute our sites or content made available by it. You agree to cooperate with GenZ Crowd AI in terminating any unauthorized link, frame or hyperlink.
Ownership of information
The material and content (referred to in this document as “content”) accessible on this site and any other site owned, licensed or controlled by us belongs to GenZ Crowd AI or the source that provided the content to us, and we or the source in question retain all right, title and interest in the content. Compensation
You shall indemnify and hold GenZ Crowd AI, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, content providers, employees, agents, officers and directors (referred to herein as the Released Parties) harmless from any violation of these Terms of Use by you, including your use of the Content other than as expressed herein. You agree that the Released Parties have no liability for or connection with any breach or unauthorized use by you, and you agree to remedy any and all losses, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees of the Released Parties in connection with the breach. You will also indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third party claims resulting from your use of information contained on this Site in violation of these Terms of Use.
Trademarks
Trademarks and logos on this site that represent GenZ Crowd AI are the property of the company. Other brands and logos are the property of third parties, who own all rights to them, and GenZ Crowd AI has no relationship with these third parties.
User-provided information
You may not post, submit, present or link to this site any material that:
- You do not have the right to post, including material owned by third parties, that advocates illegal activity or discusses the intent to do something illegal;
- Is vulgar, obscene, pornographic or indecent;
- May threaten or insult others, defame, slander, invade privacy, stalk, be obscene, pornographic, racist, harass or offend;
- Seeks to exploit or harm children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking about personal information or anything of the sort;
- Infringes any intellectual property or other right of a person or entity, including violations of copyright, trademark or publicity rights;
- Violates any law or could be considered to violate the law;
- Misrepresents its connection to any entity or person, or manipulates titles or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
- Promotes any commercial enterprise (e.g., offering products or services for sale) or engages in any way in a commercial activity (e.g., conducting sweepstakes or contests, displaying sponsor banners and/or soliciting goods and services), except as specifically authorized on this site;
- Solicit funds, disclosures or sponsors;
- Include programs with viruses, worms and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, file or program intended to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications software or hardware;
- Include files or contain hyperlinks to websites that contain content that falls within the above descriptions.
Even without the obligation to do so, our company reserves the right to monitor the use of this site to determine compliance with these Terms of Use, as well as to remove or veto any information for any reason. In any case, you are completely responsible for the content of your submissions. You acknowledge and agree that neither GenZ Crowd AI nor any third party providing content to the company shall be liable for any action or inaction of the company or such third party with respect to any submission.
Refund policy
GenZ Crowd AI’s products follow the local legal requirements regarding the money-back period for withdrawals, counting from the moment the product is released.
In the case of our courses, the return and refund request can be made through the course hosting platform. If there are any problems, the customer can contact us at support@genzcrowdai.com.
The warranty period starts to run from the date the product is released, but we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of purchase, especially the e-mail address used to send the purchase, which makes it impossible to send access to the course.
If you make a purchase and do not receive access, please send an e-mail to support@genzcrowdai.com and we will reply within 72 working hours.
Terms of use of the Course Members Area
Access to the course is individual and non-transferable. The customer is responsible for keeping the password and is aware that passing on this access to third parties may result in the cancellation of their access to the course.
The course is a bilateral relationship, i.e. it can be canceled by either party within the product warranty period.
The producer has the right to terminate the relationship in the event of a breach of the course’s Terms of Use.
All communications with our support team should be made in a courteous manner, we value good relationship manners. Disrespectful and offensive complaints are considered a breach of the Terms of Use and may be canceled and access to the course blocked, with a refund of the money paid.
The course does not allow two simultaneous accesses and password sharing is not permitted. The platform on which the courses are hosted tracks users’ IP addresses. Multiple accesses may block access and may result in cancellation of access.
The course is for individual use, and the customer is responsible for their password and aware that simultaneous access may lead to the course being blocked and canceled.
The access time to the members’ area is determined on the course sales page, as dealt with in the “Access to courses” section.
Security
Any password used for this site is for individual use only. You are responsible for the security of your password (if any). GenZ Crowd AI has the right to monitor the security of your password and at its discretion may ask you to change it. If you use any password that our company deems to be insecure, we have the right to request that the password be changed and/or block your account until it is made suitable.
It is forbidden to use any service or tool connected to this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools intended to compromise security (e.g. password cracking programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you are involved in any breach of system security, the company reserves the right to provide your information to the system administrators of other sites to help them resolve security incidents. The company reserves the right to investigate potential violations of these Terms of Use.
GenZ Crowd AI reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities or requests by law enforcement agencies to disclose the identity of anyone posting any e-mail, message or otherwise making available any material that may violate these Terms of Use.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU RELEASE THE COMPANY FROM ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR ACTIONS TAKEN AS A RESULT OF INVESTIGATIONS BY BOTH THE COMPANY AND THE COMPETENT LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
