About the author
Hi, I’m Marcelo Franco, a Mechanical Engineering graduate and the founder of GenZ Crowd AI (formerly L&M Team). My journey in the crowdsourcing market began seven years ago when I was looking for a way to earn extra income online to cover my expenses while studying and living away from home.
With my first projects, I was able to support my father with my expenses and even save money to fulfill my dream of an exchange program in Europe, where I studied for two years at two of Portugal’s top universities, both on scholarship. It was during this time, amidst the pandemic, that I realized the transformative impact of these opportunities on people’s lives. This inspired me to create the L&M Team (now GenZ Crowd AI) to help more people follow this path.

The course is 100% online. After making the purchase, you will receive an email from Hotmart, the platform where the lessons are hosted, with the link to create login credentials for the GenZ Crowd AI Academy members’ area, where you will have access to all the recorded lessons and bonus materials.
Support is provided via email, with responses within 48 hours on working days. If needed, we also hold bi-weekly Google Meet sessions to answer common questions. All updates and information are shared in our AI Evaluators Community.
We can’t guarantee a position, as this depends on factors such as effort, individual application and project availability. However, most students start to see results within the first few weeks of following the path taught. For example, on the Rabbit project presented in the course the access is immediate, as well as the earnings. So, your chances of success mostly depend on you!
Being 100% honest with you, the average time for you to start making a relevant source of extra income is between 1 and 2 months, because in most projects the start is not immediate, you need to go through a process and follow the steps instructed in the BAE course. So if you’re looking for quick wins or need this source of extra income urgently. I don’t recommend buying this training!
